UPLIFT Encouragement Group Ministry – Providing a chance for individuals with MS or other chronic illnesses to share common experiences and concerns, provide and receive emotional support, obtain information related to their situation and on various aspects of living and coping with their illness.

Caregivers Encouragement Ministry – Offers a chance for individuals who are the caregiver of someone else to share their experiences, receive emotional and mental support, and to get resources related to their caregiving situation.

Both groups meet on the 4th Thursday of each month from 6:00-8:00 PM in the Fellowship Hall of the First Baptist Church of Lexington.
