The remaining slots not already claimed by current ASP families have now been released to the public using the button below. Slots are limited. Assuming we have at least 5 registrations for each site, we currently forecast to pick up from:

2026-2027 AfterSchool Staff Application Link
Click on button below to apply to be one of our counselors or drivers this coming 2026-2027 School Year! We have over 100 4K - 8th grade students who will be coming to us after school lets out each day and they need love and leadership from you! We are looking for a limited number of Junior Counselors (16-17 years old), counselors (18+ years old) and a limited number of drivers (25+ years old).
2027 Summer Camp
Keep both eyes open and your computer fingers ready! Summer Camp registrations will open early Spring 2027
2026 Thanksgiving & Winter Break Camps
We offer TWO upcoming Thanksgiving & Winter Break Camps:
General Information:
—Camp is for current 4K - 8th grade students
—Camp hours: 7:15am - 6:00pm (4pm close on 11/24 and 12/24)
—Campers will need to bring a non-peanut/non-tree nut lunch, refillable water bottle and items with which to rest (blanket/pillow)
Thanksgiving Break (23-25th Nov). Brightwheel Registration link for Thanksgiving Break Camp is HERE . Once registered, a registration invoice of $20 will appear in your Brightwheel account unless your student is already registered with our After School program. Your student’s slot is not saved until that payment is made.
NOTE: Registration will require you to establish a Brightwheel account if you don’t already have one.
Winter Break Camp (21-24th Dec., 26-31st Dec., & Jan. 4th). Brightwheel Registration link for Winter Break Camp is HERE. Once registered, a registration invoice of $20 will appear in your Brighwheel account unless your student is already registered with our After School program. Your student’s slot is not saved until that payment is made.

Other associated Holiday Break Camp costs that will be invoiced in your BrightWheel account:
—Tuition Fees (all students)
~ $85 for Thanksgiving Week
~$115 per Winter Break Week, +$10 for 01/04
~$30 per day a la carte (not eligible for sibling discount)

WHAT’S NEXT??
—2026-2027 AfterSchool Staff portal is still open! We are looking for counselors (age 16 and up) and drivers (age 25 and up) to love on about 100 kids (4K -8th grade) during the hours of 2-6pm, Monday - Friday! We’ll post a link on this page for you to apply! This will be an adventure unlike anything you’ve ever experienced!
—2026-2027 After School public registration for students will open Monday, 2 March/6:00am. Link will be posted on this page.
