Olivia is the daughter of Thomas and Lorinda Fleming, World Reach missionaries in Albania. Growing up overseas, Olivia has always been involved with her parents’ ministries. Whether it was teaching English or working in hospitality, Olivia knew that she wanted to continue working on the mission field.

Will became interested in missions after going on a missions trip in high school and being involved in short-term missions trips to Europe while in college.

Will and Olivia met while attending Columbia International University. While taking missions classes, they connected over their desire to serve overseas. Fast-forward to today and they are answering the call to serve overseas in Albania.
